Upon landing at Srinagar airport, proceed to Dal Lake to check into a houseboat. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight.

Begin your day with breakfast, then take an early trip to Pahalgam, situated at an elevation of 2,130 meters. Once a simple shepherd’s village, Pahalgam is now Kashmir’s top resort. Enjoy the scenic beauty with a walk or pony ride through the lovely pinewoods to the famous Mini-Switzerland (Baisaran). Alternatively, tour Pahalgam by visiting Betaab Valley, Chandanwari, and Aru Valley. Betaab Valley, named after a Bollywood film, features lush green meadows surrounded by snowy mountains. Chandanwari, known for its flat terrain accessible by car, is the starting point of the annual pilgrimage from July to August. Return to Srinagar in the evening, check into the houseboat, and enjoy dinner.

After breakfast, travel to Gulmarg. Have lunch at a local restaurant and explore Gulmarg, often referred to as the “Meadow of Flowers” and the “Switzerland of India.” It is home to a famous ski resort and the world’s highest 18-hole golf course. Enjoy a walk or pony ride (available for a fee) through the green meadows, visit one of the world’s highest golf courses, or take a Gondola ride. Discovered in the 16th century, Gulmarg was a favorite resort of Mughal Emperor Jahangir and offers stunning beauty. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay in a houseboat or hotel.

Start with an early breakfast, then visit the gardens around Srinagar. Return to the hotel for lunch, then proceed to Srinagar Airport for your departure to Delhi.
